
L. Jesse Walker ~ Licensed Broker, CRS, ASR, CREP, SFR, is the principal Realtor on The Faulkner Group team. She has been involved in the buying and selling of Atlanta real estate for more than sixteen years, and in recent years has worked cooperatively to market and sell properties in Alabama, South Carolina and Florida. She has been a licensed Realtor since 2003, is a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors, and the Cobb Chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors.
Jesse’s team is brokered by Solid Source Realty. The team focus is in residential and commercial real estate specializing in bank owned properties, residential short sales, raw land and luxury properties. Jesse comes to this business with a serious work ethic forged by having put herself through college at the University of South Carolina and in serving in the United States Army Reserve.
Today, she is most proud of her involvement with The Fuller Center for Housing founded by Millard and Linda Fuller, the founders of Habitat for Humanity International . Jesse was voted to serve on The Fuller Center's International Board of Trustees in 2007. She works tirelessly to market and sell homes but also to help provide adequate housing for those most in need in the U.S. and abroad.
Here in Atlanta, Jesse's heart goes out to the women and their children served by the Northside Day Shelter for Women www.atlantadayshelter.org She is a frequent donor to this worthy cause, and has also been blessed to volunteer locally with The Fuller Center's Atlanta Covenant Partner, Hands On Atlanta and Habitat for Humanity. Jerry Walker ~ Realtor, SFR, is the Faulkner Group's General Manager. He has over 17 years working in marketing, sales and law firm environments. A business owner in his own right, Jerry handles all aspects of communications, marketing,, graphic arts, and legal compliance for the group. Additionally, Jerry is at the forefront of team technology. He is responsible for implementing new systems and strategies to shorten the sales cycle and to improve the 'buying experience'. His eye for detai is second to none.
The General Manager's job, at least in this particular real estate enterprise, is to handle both the mundane and the esoteric equally well. The mundane means the settlement statements are accurate, the proprietary documentation is in order, the company is protected, and the client is satisfied. The esoteric on the other hand requires a vision of realities which have not yet manifested. This takes the form of aggressive networking across all segments of the marketplace, and to individuals of all income levels; to the high net worth entrepreneurs and to the hourly wage earners because each are worthy of our best efforts on their behalf.
As our marketplace evolves, it is my privilege to pursue all opportunities. Keisha Dean ~ Realtor, SFR is a native of Chicago, Illinois. She makes her home in South Fulton, and came on board with The Faulkner group possessing over eight years of accomplished sales and marketing experience. Her primary focus is now specifically assisting our client base in the acquisition and liquidation of real property. Keisha will also be working with Professional Athletes and their families. Being the wife of a former NFL football player, she is well aware of the challenges professional athletes face when purchasing real esate.
